A terrible 53-year-old Minnesota man (Norman Bachman Jr.) who killed his wife and cut up her body into piece in their White Bear Township home, Anoka (Minnesota) in 1997 was sentenced recently to 13 years in prison by Ramsey County District (Minnesota) Judge, Salvador Rosas. Norman Bachman confessed in October after so many years of denying that he did not know the whereabouts of his wife, Toni Bachman. According to him, when he found out that his wife was planning to leave him after she become romantically involved with a West Virginia man online, he killed her, dismembered her body and buried her in a hole he dug in a rural area about two hours drive from their home. Judge Salvador Rosas who sentenced him to 13 years in prison told Norman Bachman that he deserved a longer sentence than was called for in the plea agreement he had with the prosecutors.
Viewers Corner News is asking the prosecutors of this case why will they enter into a plea agreement with this terrible man? How can somebody who took someone’s life receive only 13 years in prison? Well, since the judgement has been given to Norman Bachman, there is nothing we (Viewers Corner News) can do but only to pray that Toni Bachman’s soul rest in peace.
