NINE PEOPLE HAVE LOST THEIR LIVES AND ABOUT 450 CASES REPORTED GLOBALLY FROM THE NEW CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK IN WUHAN (CHINA).

It was reported that China’s new coronavirus outbreak has killed nine people in China and about 450 cases have been reported globally, after the virus broke out in the central city of Wuhan. According to the report, the infection is spreading faster in China. The Global health authorities feared that the transmission rate of the virus would increased as millions of Chinese will travel domestically and overseas during the upcoming Lunar New Year holiday which will start on January 24, 2020. The United States has reported one case of coronavirus, Thailand reported four cases and South Korea one. Japan also confirmed one case and these cases involved people who had either come from or been in Wuhan recently. Chinese health authorities are yet to determine the source of the virus, some said that it came from a market in Wuhan where wildlife was traded illegally. For now, the new virus “coronavirus” has no vaccine.
