Ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo is an elder statesman who should be respected no doubt about that. Somehow everyone both home and abroad expects him by now to be resting and not taking part in active politics but only give advice on issues when it is necessary. He (ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo) has left what he is supposed to do and decided to form coalition force which we (Viewers Corner News team) regard as Dead on Arrival because those who made up that list based on our findings are individuals who have been in politics for so many years in Nigeria and have been working for their personal interests without thinking of the welfare of other Nigerians which is bad. We (Viewers Corner News team) would use this opportunity to plead with Nigerians to ignore such coalition force coming from ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo because it would not do Nigeria and her citizens any good. Again ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo throughout his leadership positions in Nigeria should have transformed the country (Nigeria) to greatness which he never did during his tenures when things were better. Now how do Nigerians think at this point when the world has gone digital for such a man and his coalition force to be up to date with the happenings of the new generation, the answer is NO. For example, it is like using 1930’s economic policy to run the government of 2018, such method would not work properly. Innovations are needed to put things right, which lots of leaders in Nigeria are not ready to embrace. Sincerely the world has gone digital and we expect everyone to follow suit so as to make the best out of it. Again, when ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo was in power, corruption was so much which was hidden. Money stolen during that period would have been more than enough to fix Nigeria and now the same ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo is coming out again with another coalition party of questionable individuals with outdated policies. Nigerians should say NO to such coalition force and join the digital and progressive government. We (Viewers Corner News team) shall write more on this topic in our future article. Corruption also became worst when ex-president Goodluck Jonathan came to power, money belonging to the people of the country (Nigeria) was shared among members of their party (PDP) leaving Nigerians to suffer hardship. However, such era of massive looting is long gone, hence we (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to Nigerians to vote wisely by electing the right people to offices at various levels across the country (Nigeria). Sentiment in politics would not bring development, vote honesty, integrity and hard work to power and enjoy the benefits of democracy.
