NIGERIAN SENATORS CANCELLED WAIVERS GRANTED TO SOME BIG COMPANIES IN FORM OF TAX EXEMPTION IN NIGERIA AND ASK THEM TO PAY WHAT WAS DUE BACK TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA.

Over 40 billion Naira granted to some big companies in Nigeria in form of tax exemption has recently been reviewed and some hardworking senators in Nigeria have called on the ministry of finance in the country (Nigeria) to collect the money from the affected companies and pay back to the federal government treasury based on the information reaching Viewers corner. This is a good news because for the senators to have taken this bold step shows that democracy is at work and everyone is truly ready to work for the betterment of the country (Nigeria). We believe that tax collection is a good source of income to the government of every country as long as such practice is carried out without victimization, we sincerely appreciate the courage shown by these senators in pointing out this mistake or corruption that may have happened concerning this tax issue.
The amount involve is so huge and would go a long way in implementing good programs in the country if collected, let everyone join hands and say no to corruption, selfishness, greed and the I don’t care attitude or taking things for granted and assist the president Buhari’s government in rebuilding the country (Nigeria) to greatness. This is the only best way forward to achieve that purpose.
