How wicked can they be, assuming president Buhari did not come into office no one would ever hear of this. Now the Nigeria people are becoming aware why it took president Buhari and his government almost one year to sign the budget because they were going through the budget line by line so that they could be able to fish out all the manipulations. He is a great man who has come to save the Nigerian people from the hands of those corrupt politicians who have no human sympathy but only working for themselves and their families alone, this is wickedness in the highest order.
