The huge corruption going on in Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) has made it impossible for the commission to pay the tuition fees and other expenses the commission owed students they sent abroad to study which is very bad and until severe punishment is given to those senior individuals managing the affairs of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), they would not put things right. The federal government of Nigeria is doing all it could to make sure that every state and ministries get their funding but those in the helm of affairs at these ministries in Nigeria who are very corrupt have become the problem. We (Viewers Corner News team) are suggesting, if the federal government of Nigeria can possibly cut the funding of Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) and use it to settle the arrears which the commission owed students and those institutions abroad, then give the balance money to the commission (NDDC) to run the ministry. If it is not enough for them, that is their problem so that the cry of these students they sent abroad to study would stop. We (Viewers Corner News team) also call on the federal government of Nigeria to ask the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) to give account of all the money the commission has received so far from the federal government of Nigeria to settle tuition fees and other expenses of those they sent abroad to study or an honest independent committee should be set up to urgently look into this issue before any fund can be released to the commission (NDDC). Too much corruption going on in Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), who in Nigeria is going to stop these criminals there (NDDC)?
