New England Patriots beats Los Angeles Rams 13-3 to win Super Bowl 53 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta. This is Patriots sixth title and it equals Pittsburgh Steelers’ record of six Super Bowl titles.
Julian Edelman, the Patriots player won Super Bowl MVP and Tom Brady (41 years old Patriots quarterback) also won six Super Bowls, more than any other player in NFL history. He (Tom Brady) surpassed Charles Haley (Pro Football Hall of Famer) who won five times. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, the oldest head coach (66 years) has joined Curly Lambeau and George Halas as the only NFL head coaches who have won six championships since 1933 the league began postseason play.
