MR SHETTIMA YERIMA SOME TIME AGO SAID THAT NORTHERN NIGERIA WILL HOLD ON TO POWER BEYOND 2023.

Unguided statements from some Nigerians is part of the reason majority of the people of Nigeria both home and abroad are looking at each other with bias mind. We (Viewers Corner News team) would want to remind Mr Shettima Yerima that who becomes the president of Nigeria should not be an issue, whether the person is from the North, West or East, as long as the individual in question can perform his or her leadership role properly. Based on this, Viewers Corner News team is calling on Nigerian voters to do away with sentiment and vote for a candidate based on his or her capability, examine the candidate’s past records before casting your votes for the person during elections. If someone from the Northern part of Nigeria can get the job done nicely, please cast your votes for him or her and if the person from the East or West can get the job done properly, let the person continue as long as great results are achieved. Again, Nigeria needs a leader who would fix the country (Nigeria) nicely and at the same time carry all Nigerians along without looking at their ethnicity before giving them the opportunity to prove themselves. Nigeria is backward today because those who would do the job to achieve positive results are not appointed to positions of authority. Look at some ministers in President Buhari’s government at the moment, most of them are just there doing nothing much for the country (Nigeria). They go to work on daily basis and close for the day when it is time to go home. With such group of ministers, Nigeria as a country can not achieve her full potential, therefore we (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to voters in Nigeria to only vote for those who are ready to work for the country (Nigeria) because if you elect a good leader to office, he or she would appoint great individuals to various positions in the country (Nigeria) and they would get the job done properly.
