RAYMOND DOKPESI AND ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR

MR RAYMOND DOKPESI IS FRONTING ALHAJI ATIKU ABUBAKAR OF PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY TO BE THE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA.

The Viewers Corner News correspondent in Enugu (Nigeria) gathered that Mr. Raymond Dokpesi recently appealed to the people of the south-east to give their support to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar so that he can be the next president of Nigeria come 2023. Mr. Dokpesi also said that in 2027, a candidate from the south-east will emerge from the Peoples Democratic Party to contest for the post of President of Nigeria. He (Mr. Raymond Dokpesi) assured the people of the south-east that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar would only lead for one term. This idea will not be acceptable to the people of the south-east who, in the last presidential election, supported Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s bid to be the president of Nigeria, which he lost to President Buhari. Again, the south-east said that it is their turn to produce the next president of Nigeria based on our findings. Therefore, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and Mr. Raymond Dopkesi should throw their support behind any PDP presidential aspirant from the south-east to get the ticket that will enable the person in question to vie for the post of President of Nigeria. The Viewers Corner News team does not understand why Alhaji Atiku Abubakar wants to be the next president of Nigeria by all means. He was the vice president of Nigeria under the leadership of ex-president Olusengu Obasanjo. During their tenure, impunity and corruption were widespread. Many projects assigned to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, as alleged, were not properly executed, so how do you want the people of Nigeria to trust you this time? It is going to be difficult. The truth is that Nigerians want a leader they can relate to. A leader who will work to make the country great where there will not be issues of cabals and some children of president forming their own cabal groups because their father is the president of the country, and many more. All these are the issues Nigerians are talking about, which makes sense in our opinion.
