If we examine the political situation of Nigeria at the moment, most people would agree with us that some of these men campaigning indirectly right now do not have all it takes to lead Nigeria properly. Some of them are very corrupt, these men are very rich already in Nigeria but one thing they need so badly which they are eager to get by all means is power which is being the president of Nigeria. It is true that they are very rich and influential but getting the job as the president of the country (Nigeria) is their main target which is good. There is nothing wrong for anyone in Nigeria to dream big or aspire to be the president of Nigeria but the missing link here is the way and manner they are going about it and their hidden agenda which Nigerians are yet to unfold. Sincerely some of these men do not have the interest of Nigerians at heart but only for their own selfish gains, that is why politics for them is a do or die affair therefore it is time for Nigerians to reassess and understand the games some of these men are playing with the Nigerian public. Most of them would come with beautiful manifesto but immediately they are sworn into office, those agendas are thrown into a trash box.
Atiku Abubakar (the former vice president of Nigeria and a strong member of APC for now) has a good proposal for the country (Nigeria) but his sincerity and leadership capability is questionable, the truth has to be told. However it is still too early to draw conclusions on what his real aims and objectives are for the people of Nigeria assuming he is given the mandate to lead the country (Nigeria). Hopefully we shall analyze this aspect when the time comes and direct Nigerians who would want to listen so that they can make nice decisions on who they want as their president because the people of Nigeria have suffered enough in the hands of these corrupt Nigerian politicians who do not care about the welfare of the people who voted for them to become their leaders. We (Viewers Corner News and the advisory team) shall guide the Nigerian voters when it is necessary, another issue is that governor EL-Rufai of Kaduna state should try and settle his differences with Atiku Abubakar so that before the next election comes in 2019, they should have been able to form a formidable force and work as a team for the betterment of the Nigerian people who are in pains as a result of the economic hardship which is hitting the country (Nigeria) so badly. The public interest and their welfare should be the number one priority in the agenda of every politician in Nigeria before personal gains because Nigerian masses are the kingmakers and without them both Atiku Abubakar and EL-Rufai or any other politician in the country would not be in any leadership position in Nigeria. Therefore their interest and welfare should come first like we mentioned above. We (Viewers Corner News team) would use this opportunity to advise APC as a political party to stop the internal fighting going on in the party because if it continues the way they are going at the moment, it may jeopardize their chances of winning the next election.
On a serious note both APC from the north and the south should put their houses in order if they honestly want to achieve success in the next election come 2019. Nigerians are watching and would decide who they truly want as their president when the time comes.
