Rescuers are still searching for those trapped in the debris of the 40-year-old collapsed building. The building housed a nursing home on the ground floor and up to three families on each of the other floors. Vishwanath Mahadeshwar (Mumbai Mayor) said that the cause of the collapse is yet to be determined as the building was not on the list of dilapidated buildings.
