MICHAEL PHELPS HAS MADE HISTORY BY BECOMING THE FIRST SWIMMER TO WIN FOUR SUCCESSIVE OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALS.

Michael Phelps, the 31 year old United States swimmer has made history by becoming the first swimmer to win four successive Olympic gold medals. He won gold medal in men’s 4×200 metres freestyle relay, men’s 200 metre butterfly, men’s 4×100 metre freestyle relay and men’s 200 metre individual medley. Phelps who plans to retire after 2016 Rio Olympics has won 22 Olympic gold medals and 26 medals throughout his swimming career.
