MARTIN ELECHI, THE EX-GOVERNOR OF EBONYI STATE DID NICELY RECENTLY BY REJECTING A TOYOTA SUV CAR GIFT WORTH 29 MILLION NAIRA FROM GOVERNOR DAVID UMAHI OF EBONYI STATE.

Wonders they say, shall never end. In Ebonyi state, the people can hardly eat good meals because of governor David Umahi’s terrible system of governing the state, he has imposed taxes on almost everything when lots of people in the state have no good means of livelihood to sustain themselves. Honestly governor David Umahi has made life very difficult for people of Ebonyi state with his terrible tax policies despite the hardship they are passing through at the moment.
Recently, Governor David Umahi who does not want to know or care about the welfare of the people went ahead and bought four SUV cars as gifts to some well known people in Ebonyi state, among them is Martin Elechi (the immediate past governor of Ebonyi state). Ex-governor Martin Elechi assisted David Umahi to get to the level that he is today but at the end, governor David Umahi in his usual terrible manner turned around and start fighting Martin Elechi even to the extent of writing petition against him and his two sons to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for embezzling state fund as alleged. We (Viewers Corner News) also discovered that Martin Elechi is a man who would always advise governor David Umahi when he goes wrong but David Umahi is the type of governor who does not want any advice from anyone. If you join his camp and sing praises on him even when he is doing the wrong thing then you would be in his good book as a great person, this is the kind of a man governor David Umahi is which is very wrong. Governor David Umahi has seen that Martin Elechi is a decent gentleman and the only best way to get him back to his camp after all the harassment he gave to him and his family was to buy a car gift for him (Martin Elechi) and in the process say few nice words to him then everything would be alright but ex-governor Martin Elechi being a good man and an individual with conscience rejected the Toyota SUV car gift worth 29 million Naira from governor David Umahi. Sincerely lots of people would accept this gift if such opportunity comes their way but ex-governor Martin Elechi being a decent man refused to accept the gift, he did nicely.
Viewers Corner News and the advisory team appreciate what he did, governor David Umahi should take his gift back. Again Ogbonnaya Onu (the minister of science and technology) got one car gift but he rejected it too which is nice but Dr. Sam Egwu who is governor David Umahi’s right hand man collected his car gift. This is a man who is always on the YES YES side, he is an individual with a very low mentality who can easily be bought over with little dirty gifts, this is too bad. According to the information our correspondent gathered, governor David Umahi told these men he bought these car gifts that he was giving them the car gift in recognition of their roles in promoting democracy in Ebonyi state. Honestly David Umahi is after something hence he presented the gifts to them, this is laughable because they are lots of people in Ebonyi state who have not received their monthly salary till now but governor David Umahi has such huge amount of money to buy gifts to people who do not need them. Again based on our (Viewers Corner News) findings, we believe that governor David Umahi is preparing for 2019 governorship election therefore he needs the support of those men in Ebonyi state to enable him win the next election come 2019 which we believe would not be possible because this first tenure, he has created lots of hardship in the state. The people who would have advised him properly were thrown aside and now he wants them back to his camp but is already late therefore no matter the type of gift you would want to give to them, it may not change anything. Sincerely few of those men are people you can not buy over with gifts of any sort, they are individuals with outstanding qualities so keep your gift governor David Umahi.
