A high profile individual (Dr. Mailafia Obadiah, ex-central bank deputy governor) in Nigeria made an allegation, accusing a governor in the northern part of Nigeria of being the head or sponsor of boko haram (a deadly terrorist group) including other bandits that have been killing Nigerians and how they have penetrated deeply into some parts of Nigeria if not all. According to Dr. Mailafia, they are also planning to inflict more pains to the people of the country (Nigeria) and as it now, southern Kaduna is already experiencing killings being carried out by bandits which is so damaging to both Kaduna state and the federal government of Nigeria. If those intelligence agencies in Nigeria are up to date with doing things the right way, what we (Viewers Corner News team) expect them to do at this point is to go into action by analysing carefully and properly those statements made by Dr. Mailafia Obadiah to find out if they are accurate. They should visit the man (Dr Mailafia) privately without intimidation so that he can throw more light, perhaps call names of those dangerous people he is accusing in the country (Nigeria) of being behind these deadly attacks on innocent Nigerians. Then, the intelligence agency of Nigeria can take it up from there but calling him names for what most Nigerians both home and abroad believe is the truth would automatically block other Nigerians who would want to speak out when they see the truth for fear of being victimised. In our opinion, we (Viewers Corner News team) believe that Dr. Mailafia Obadiah spoke the truth, hence Viewers Corner News team is calling on the federal government of Nigeria to look into these allegations. End killings of Nigerians across the country (Nigeria). Those bandits may not be acting alone, their sponsors are there in Nigeria and working very hard to tarnish the image of both President Buhari and those northern states governors where these killings are rampant. Again, the intelligence agency of Nigeria should leave Dr. Mailafia Obadiah alone, he just told the truth, so work on his claims without intimidating him.
