KOGI STATE (NIGERIA) HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY HAS REMOVED ITS SPEAKER, MOMOH JIMOH-LAWAL AND REPLACED HIM WITH GODWIN OSUYI.

Viewers Corner was informed that Momoh Jimoh-Lawal, the Kogi state House of Assembly Speaker has been removed alongside the two principal officers in the House; Ali Akuh (Deputy Speaker) and Hassan Bello (Minority Leader) on Friday, December 11, 2015. The seventeen members of the House who removed them accused Momoh Jimoh-Lawal of incompetence, greed and betrayal of members. The Kogi state new House Speaker is Godwin Osuyi while John Abbah was elected as the new Deputy Speaker and Eneche Ojochemenemi Linus is the new minority leader.
