KENYA INCUMBENT PRESIDENT, UHURU KENYATTA HAS BEEN DECLARED THE WINNER OF KENYA’S PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has won the Kenya’s presidential election amid allegations of voting fraud by the opposition. The election result was declared by Wafula Chebukati (the chairman of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission). Wafula Chebukati said that President Uhuru Kenyatta got 54.27% of the ballots cast (8,203,290 votes) while his opponent, Raila Odinga of National Super Alliance got 44.74% of the ballots cast (6,762,224 votes). Viewers Corner News correspondent gathered that opposition supporters had taken to the streets immediately the presidential results were announced while President Uhuru Kenyatta’s supporters were celebrating his victory in Nairobi. President Kenyatta became the president of Kenya in 2013, his second and final tenure is five-year term. Congratulations to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
