Viewers Corner News was informed that Saudi Arabia’s civil aviation authority will privatise King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Fahd International Airport in Dammam next year, 2017. According to report, the Saudi aviation regulatory body which made this announcement on Tuesday, January 6, 2016 stated that the country’s busiest airport, King Abdulaziz International Airport will be privatised in the second quarter of 2017 while Dammam’s King Fahd International Airport will follow in the third quarter of 2017. This move was to support the kingdom’s finances following low oil prices across the globe. In the first quarter of 2016, Riyadh’s King Khaled International Airport will be privatised according to report.
