Viewers Corner News got report that Janet Reno, the first woman to serve as an attorney general in United States is dead. According the information which her goddaughter (Gabrielle D’Alemberte) released, Reno died at her home in Miami on Monday, November 7, 2016 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. She served for about eight years as the United States attorney general during President Bill Clinton’s administration. After serving as an attorney general, she ran for the post of Florida governor in 2002 but lost in a Democratic primary. May her soul rest in peace.
