IRAN GOVERNMENT HAS APPOINTED MARZIEH AFKHAM TO HEAD IRANIAN EMBASSY IN MALAYSIA.

Marzieh Afkham

Viewers Corner was informed by our source in Tehran that Iranian government has appointed a 50-year-old foreign ministry spokeswoman, Marzieh Afkham to head the country’s embassy in Malaysia.
Marzieh Afkham is the country’s first woman to be appointed ambassador since 1979 Islamic revolution and the appointment was announced on Sunday, November 8, 2015.
President Hassan Rouhani’s government has stood up against the country’s discrimination on women thereby appointing three women to the country’s eleven Vice Presidential positions.
Iran’s laws since revolution have been very unfair to women as women can not be judges or allow to run for President of the country.
Congratulations to Marzieh Afkham and Viewers Corner wish her success.
