The All Progressives Congress told Nigerians during their presidential campaign that if Nigerians elected them to office, they would make sure that insecurity in Nigeria would be eradicated within a short period of time, but today, terrorist activities and banditry have increased drastically in Nigeria. Even in the federal capital territory, Abuja, the lives of the people of Nigeria and others living there are no longer safe. Kidnappings and killings of innocent Nigerians are getting out of hand, which is so sad. The Viewers Corner News team is therefore appealing to President Bola Tinubu’s government to devise another strategy on how terrorist activities and banditry would be eradicated in Nigeria. We also believe that the poor economic situation in Nigeria at the moment has given rise to insecurity across the country. Hence, the needful should be done to put things in order.
