Polish authority has reported that over forty citizens of Poland were frozen to death since November 1, 2015 due to low temperatures which fell to minus 18 Celsius (0 Fahrenheit) in the country’s mountains. The Tantra Mountains rescuers reported that about six tourists in the country (Poland) have fallen to their death while trekking on frozen snow and ice in the Polish Tatras while seven others died in falls in the Slovak part of the Tatras. The rescuers have appealed to tourists to stop the idea of making trips to the high mountains that reach above 2,650 meters (8,700 feet).
