The Chinese nationals are everywhere in Nigeria; most of them are doing illegal mining, stealing Nigeria’s natural resources, and moving them out of the country. Based on our findings, some of these Chinese nationals came to Nigeria as tourists, but their intention is to stay permanently. Now hear this: there is nothing wrong for a foreigner to go to any country of his choice and live, but it should be done by following the legal means and not through the back door. This is unacceptable. Information has it that some foreigners go to Nigeria, especially Chinese nationals, to steal Nigeria’s natural resources. Such a practice can never be carried out in China or any other country in the world. Again, illegal mining businesses cannot be carried out in Nigeria without the assistance of some corrupt government officials who are in higher positions in the country. We believe that if Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party wins the case that is currently going on at the election petition tribunal in Nigeria, he is certainly going to bring everything under control.
