Our (Viewers Corner News) working team that visited Kogi state (Nigeria) recently revealed to us that majority of those they spoke with in the state said that they are tired with the way governor Yahaya Bello is governing the state (Kogi state). Salaries of workers are not paid in full and prompt and pensioners’ allowances are also not paid. This unfortunate issue has led to the death of lots of people in Kogi state (Nigeria) and across Nigeria. They told Viewers Corner News team that one Mr Haruna David who slumped and died in office was a staff of the ministry of education in Kogi state and before his death, he had issues with not getting his salary in full and on time too which may have led to stress related illness which later killed him. We (Viewers Corner News team) have written articles on this topic in the past and we shall continue to do so. Any governor in Nigeria who is unable to pay workers’ salaries and pensioners’ allowances should not be voted to continue his second tenure in office come 2019 because if he or she becomes governor again, the same hardship would continue. We (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to voters in Nigeria to save the lives of everyone by voting out governors who can not pay workers’ salaries and pensioners’ allowances like governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state (Nigeria). Honestly, such governors in Nigeria are bad news to governance and have no business being in any government house across the country (Nigeria). We (Viewers Corner News team) sympathize with the family of Mr Haruna David of the ministry of education in Kogi state (Nigeria) who slumped and died, may his soul rest in peace. Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state should pay up workers’ salaries and pensioners’ allowances in his state or get ready to leave Kogi state government house because voters in Kogi state shall vote him out of office when the time comes.
