Before professor Babagana Zulum became the governor of Borno state (Nigeria), officials in the ministry in-charge of pension had been stealing huge sum of money belonging to the pension fund in the state (Borno state). This has been going on for years until recently luck ran against them when governor Babagana Zulum and his team discovered their stealing tricks and based on that, some officials of the pension ministry believed to have been involved in the massive looting of pension money in the state were removed. Nigeria as a country needs people like governor Babagana Zulum of Borno state in positions of authority. He (governor Babagana Zulum) is a great man who has come to work for the people of Borno state (Nigeria) and if giving the opportunity to lead Nigeria, he would do his best to put things right.
