Before President Obama came into office as the president of the United States of America, he promised to close down the Guantanamo prison but up till now Guantanamo prison is still not closed. The U.S authority for any reason not closing Guantanamo, no one seems to know and now the U.S government is saying that they would look into moving the detainees of Guantanamo to a military site.
