The negative criticisms against governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state (Nigeria) before the governorship election would be a lesson to him (governor Yahaya Bello). Meaning that it is not good to be a bad leader because if he (governor Yahaya Bello) had done his works nicely during his first tenure, there would not have been any reason for governor El-Rufia of Kaduna state and Mrs Aisha Buhari (First lady of Nigeria) to beg the people of Kogi state to re-elect him to office. Your good works assuming would have done the magic for you but because you are a bad leader who refused to be considerate in paying workers salaries and pensioners allowances despite the huge amount of money from the federal government of Nigeria as monthly allocation to the state. The bailout fund and other money given to governor Yahaya Bello were also there, yet he could not perform. This most probably was the major reason for them to come to Kogi state and begged for forgiveness on governor Yahaya Bello’s behalf so that the people of Kogi state can re-elect him to office. Honestly, without the support of those great individuals, you (governor Yahaya Bello) would have been history in Kogi state as a governor. However, now that the governorship election of Kogi state is over and you (governor Yahaya Bello) have been declared the winner of the race despite the irregularities during the voting period, you should use this second tenure to redeem your already damaged image as a governor who is not paying workers salaries and pensioners allowances. Try to be a good governor to all the people of Kogi state (Nigeria).
