Viewers Corner News correspondent in Enugu (Nigeria) gathered that the Acting Chairman of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Ebonyi state university branch (Mr Ikechukwu Igwenyi) is now in hiding. He said that governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state is using his hitmen to intimidate him, possibly to end his life because governor David Umahi believes that he is working against his government which is not true. According to our correspondent, governor David Umahi’s hitmen invaded the home of Mr Ikechukwu Igwenyi at Mebi-Owa, Okposi in Ohaozara local government area of Ebonyi state at about 3 pm, even some of the Ohaozara stakeholders who visited governor David Umahi in his home town (Uburu) to celebrate Christmas with him, governor David Umahi raised the issue of how Mr Ikechukwu Igwenyi was playing games, trying to bring his government down and how he is going to deal with anyone who opposes his government. This is not the first time governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state is doing this, he has been on this game of terrorising the people of Ebonyi state since he became the governor of his state. Governor David Umahi has been sending his thugs who he calls his Technical Assistants or aides to beat up those who criticised his government. He (governor David Umahi) sees such individuals as working against his government. Viewers Corner News team know governor David Umahi as a reckless and hardened governor who only cares about himself and his family, how others feel does not concern him. Again, governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state is one man that can not be trusted. He is one of Nigeria’s worst governors. He pretends to be good outside the state but turns out to be a terror in his state. Viewers Corner News team also understand governor David Umahi’s game plan on how he is fighting so hard to see if he can get the vice president or president slot if such opportunity is giving to the South east. A man who can not run the affairs of his state nicely is pushing to be the vice president or president of Nigeria. How possible can it be when as a governor you are terrorising the people of your state. If you lead your people nicely, then when the opportunity to move to the federal level presents itself, everyone would support you but when you have the habit of intimidating or terrorising your people who made you become governor, it only means that if the leadership of Nigeria is giving to you, the welfare of the people of the country (Nigeria) would be in danger which no one wants.
