We (Viewers Corner News team) want to correct this here; that president Buhari of Nigeria did not use the Nigerian military against the Igbos as a tribe but those who were breaking the laws of the country (Nigeria), therefore president Buhari and his government did not act outside the law. Again in the south east, the Nigerian military was sent there because Nnamdi Kanu and his group were going against the law of the country (Nigeria). Nigeria is one united country and for Nnamdi Kanu and his group to have formed their own Biafra Secret Service and declaring that elections will not hold in south east is against the law and needed to be addressed urgently before it gets out of hand. Sometime ago, this same Nnamdi Kanu appointed Dr. Pat Utomi as a minister under Biafra without first notifying the man which Dr Pat Utomi rejected. He did that also to Charles Soludo (the former central bank governor of Nigeria), meaning that he is declaring his own government within Nigeria which is wrong. Sincerely things does not work like that and no one in Nigeria is condemning Nnamdi Kanu for overstepping. It is true that democracy is government of the people and the military should not interfere with the democratic system but on the other hand, the president of Nigeria who is the commander in chief has the power to call up the military when things are getting out of hand which president Buhari did and that is quite appropriate. If president Buhari had not taken such measure to tame Nnamdi Kanu and his group, believe it or not in the long run such group would grow to be a problem in the country (Nigeria). The northern youths quit notice against the Igbos living in the northern part of Nigeria is wrong which they have withdrawn. Despite that, the northern youths still believe in the unity of one Nigeria and have never formed any secret service or made any statement that election would not hold in the north. No, they have not done that but Nnamdi Kanu did that in the south east which is bad and against the law of the country (Nigeria). Let the truth be told always, this is the only way Nigeria as a great nation can move forward rather than playing politics on sensitive issues. Such system is not healthy and is capable of bringing a country backward.
