GERMAN PLAYERS TO RECEIVE 350,000 EURO EACH AS BONUS IF THE TEAM WINS NEXT YEAR WORLD CUP IN RUSSIA.

The German soccer federation has decided to offer each player 350,000 euro ($410,000) bonus (performance-related bonus system) if the team wins 2018 world cup in Russia. The German soccer federation used this performance-related bonus system to the country’s players for the successful 2014 World Cup campaign and the last two European Championships. According to the report, the players will receive bonuses only when they reach quarterfinals. Each player will receive 75,000 euros ($90,000) when they reach quarter finals. The bonus will increase to 125,000 euros ($150,000) when they reach the semifinals. They will receive 150,000 euros ($175,000) for third place and 200,000 euros ($235,000) for reaching the final.
