FRENCH GOVERNMENT HAS ISSUED INTERNATIONAL ARREST WARRANTS AGAINST THREE HIGH-RANKING SYRIAN INTELLIGENCE AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS FOR ALLEGED CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

It was reported that international arrest warrants have been issued against three senior Syrian intelligence and government officials for alleged crimes against humanity. The officials involved are General Ali Mamlouk (heads Syria National Security Bureau), Major Gen. Jamil Hassan of Air Force intelligence and Abdel Salam Mahmoud (heads a detention facility at Mezzeh military airport in Damascus).
