FOUR SUSPECTED SENIOR MEMBERS OF THE ISLAMIC STATE GROUP HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY TURKISH AUTHORITIES.

It was reported that four senior members of the Islamic State militants were arrested recently by the Turkish authorities. The four suspects were arrested in a joint operation by Turkish intelligence agency and police anti-terrorism unit on the Aegean coastal city of Izmir. According to the report, these suspected senior members of the Islamic State group were hiding among a group of Syrian refugees who are planning to enter Europe and they are being questioned by anti-terrorism police in Izmir.
