Fiat Chrysler is voluntarily recalling over 800,000 vehicles in the United States due to the country’s emission standards. According to the automaker, the company can not meet up with the United States emissions standards and the vehicles to be recalled include; 2011-2014 Chrysler 200 /Dodge Avenger front wheel drive, 2011-2016 Dodge Journey front wheel drive, 2011-2012 Dodge Caliber front wheel drive continuously variable transmission and 2011-2016 Jeep Compass/Patriot front wheel drive continuously variable transmission. Those Fiat Chrysler owners that their vehicles are involved in the recall must wait to receive notification from Fiat Chrysler before scheduling a dealership appointment. The recall will be done in phases starting from the oldest vehicles first.
