Ex-President Buhari came to office under the pretense of helping solve the economic problems of Nigeria. But in the end, he turned out to be the worst leader Nigeria has ever had since independence. Ex-president Buhari’s government was so corrupt; money was borrowed and spent recklessly; court orders were never obeyed; kidnappings and killings of Nigerians were so huge under Buhari’s leadership, which is so sad. We are hoping that when a government of the people is installed, all the atrocities committed by ex-president Buhari and those that worked in his government will be investigated, and if they are found guilty, they should go to jail. This is the only way a corrupt free nation can be built. A situation where those corrupt people in high places would be sent to jail without any option of fine, so that others coming to take up leadership positions in Nigeria would learn not to steal the resources of the country but to do the job that brought them to office as leaders.
