Viewers Corner News team is appealing to the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria (Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa) to extend his investigation to those ex-governors in Nigeria, ex-ministers, and retired military generals who allegedly looted the treasury of Nigeria to buy mansions in Dubai and other countries around the world. This is one of the ways the people of Nigeria would begin to build trust in the fight against corruption. Nigeria as a country has lost a huge amount of money through corruption, that’s why the country is where it is today. Money that would have been used to grow the economy of Nigeria was looted by politicians and men in uniforms who still walk freely in the country, leaving the majority of Nigerians in abject poverty which is bad. Nothing is working in the economy of Nigeria, kidnapping and killings of innocent people of the country are rampant. If those ex-leaders had done the needful when they were in office, perhaps the situation of Nigeria would not have been this bad and the only way justice can be served is for the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of Nigeria to go after those individuals and bring them to face the law for destroying the economy of Nigeria. Viewers Corner News team would also use this opportunity to plead with Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa who is the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission of Nigeria to look into the case file of Mrs. Diezani Allison Madueke who allegedly looted billions of Naira from the treasury of the country under the leadership of ex-president Goodluck Jonathan so that she can come back to Nigeria to give an account of her alleged loots.
