DORIS DAY, THE ICONIC HOLLYWOOD STAR AND QUE SERA SERA SINGER IS DEAD, AGED 97.

It was reported that the Que Será, Será singer and an iconic Hollywood star, Doris Day is dead. According to the report, the Academy Award-winning singer died on Monday at her Carmel Valley home from complications of pneumonia. Doris Day won a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and a Legend Award from the Society of Singers. She was an accomplished singer. She performed Academy Award-winning songs “Secret Love” in 1953 and “Que Será, Será” in 1956. She starred in numerous films like “The Man Who Knew Too Much, Teacher’s Pet, That Touch of Mink, Pillow Talk etc. She was born Doris on 3 April 1922 in Cincinnati. May her soul rest in peace.
