Viewers Corner News correspondent learnt that an Arkansas state police has arrested David Houser, a 50-year-old police officer who allegedly filed a false police report. According to the report, on Saturday, October 24, 2015 around 2 a.m, Mr. David Houser who was on rural state highway alerted police that a driver shot him during a traffic stop and he fired back with his service gun. This made police to launch manhunt to catch the driver whom Houser described as a Hispanic man in his 30s but after series of investigation, it was discovered that the Arkansas police officer, David Houser shot himself. We also learnt that David Houser told his colleagues that the incident never happened and he shot himself. David Houser later turned himself in and he was detained at Lonoke County detention center before being released on bond.
