The president of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega has drawn International criticism by selecting his wife (Rosario Murillo) to be his running mate in the country’s upcoming election on November, 2016. The 70-year-old leader who is seeking his third term broke the unfortunate news when he was registering his own candidacy for re-election of his third term under the Frente Sandinista de Liberacion Nacional (FSLN) party. Many believe that he will manipulate the system to declare himself winner after the election. According to the former guerrilla leader (Daniel Ortega), his choice of selecting his wife to be his vice president is to demonstrate equality between the sexes. This is laughable, we (Viewers Corner News team) are asking Mr. Ortega if there is no other woman in his country to select as his running mate instead of his wife since he wants to demonstrate equality of sexes? This is too bad.
