This is what happens in a society where the rich would use their wealth and power to intimidate the court or judicial process. Not long ago Bukola Saraki (the senate president of Nigeria) hired many lawyers both from Nigeria and abroad to defend him in his alleged manipulation/corruption cases and since this case started, they have been one argument to another. We (Viewers Corner News team) believe that the lawyers are doing so just to prolong and frustrate the judicial process and now that the case has been adjourned to October 5, 2016, who knows the tricks they would come up with this time. Honestly this Bukola Saraki’s case is staying more than required, even though the law does not place anytime limit for any case but then it should have been decided (either he is guilty or not guilty) long ago instead of wasting the precious time of the court and tax payers money too. Again look at this man who name his dog Buhari, within few weeks of doing so his case is almost near completion or is it because he is not well connected in the country (Nigeria)?
The law is for everyone no matter our status in the country therefore Viewers Corner News News and the advisory team is appealing to the tribunal chairman (Danladi Umar) to speed up the case and move on to something else because tax payers money is being wasted on this case. No matter how little the money may be, it would go a long way if put in other areas that would create better facilities for the people of Nigeria. Sincerely Buhari and his government needs money to execute their programs and not wasting it on some corrupt Nigerian politicians without conscience.
