In the recent concluded Copa America Centenario Championship match which Argentina and Chile played 120 minutes of ruthless and scoreless soccer on Sunday night at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey saw Francisco Silva of Chile winning the final by defeating Argentine on penalty kicks (4-2). Chile have won Copa America championship for the second successive year after beating Argentina on penalties in last year’s (2015) final. Heartbroken Argentina captain, Lionel Messi (best player in the world) who missed a penalty in the Copa America Centenario final shoot-out against Chile as his team lost their third final in three years announced after the tournament that he is resigning from international football.
