Our (Viewers Corner News team) source in Asaba, Delta state (Nigeria) informed us that the commissioner of Bureau for special duties (Mr Chika Ossai) during a press briefing on the activities of his ministry was unable to pronounce some words correctly which got the audience talking. Viewers Corner News also gathered that the commissioner disgraced himself so badly considering what happened that day. The commissioner lost control of his words and was so nervous as he was counting his own speech, but then, people should please not condemn him because education has so many faces. One thing is getting all the necessary degrees and another is being able to stand before the public to express one’s self. On the other hand, it could be that he (Chika Ossai) has not been in such situation before most probably, it looks so funny and simple to criticize him for not being able to express himself properly by reading his own speech but it is not that easy for some people to stand before the crowd and speak fluently without mistakes.
