FABIO SCHVARTSMAN, THE FORMER CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF VALE SA (MINING GIANT) AND FIFTEEN OTHERS HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH HOMICIDE FOR 2019 DAM DISASTER THAT KILLED MORE THAN 250 PEOPLE.

It was reported that Brazilian state prosecutors have charged Fabio Schvartsman, the former chief executive of mining giant (Vale SA) and fifteen others with homicide for a last year dam disaster that killed more than 250 people. The German company (Vale and TUV SUD) responsible for inspecting the dam was also charged with environmental crimes.
