America has been at the center of all war worldwide, from Africa to the Middle East and finally the borders of Russia. Since the Cold War, Russia and the United States of America have looked for and created every opportunity to flex their military prowess, either by conquering terrorist organizations they created or getting in each other’s faces. Ukraine is one of such opportunities and so far, they have managed to stand their ground but for how long shall they hold the line? The USA is already raising alarms about Russian military jets found in Alaska’s airspace. At this point, the world has gone into a state of cold war because of these two countries. Russia has remained secretive about its operations leaving the USA and NATO to second-guess their strategies. This is comparable to one’s paranoia for ghosts and this paranoia can cause these countries to take drastic measures which would put them in a terrible situation or trap. An example of such drastic measures is Germany which has ordered tighter border security to prevent unauthorized immigrant entries. This paranoia is a mind game Russia is playing well so far while still focusing its resources on the Ukrainian war. A cease-fire is inevitable in the end but the real question is which country shall overcome and put others to shame? It is unknown but the resulting chaos would shake the foundations of history as we know it, lives will be lost and even more lives will be endangered. A cease-fire is needed now more than ever because the severity of the war to come would be unimaginable.
