Bruno Le Maire, the French minister of economy has filed a lawsuit against Amazon (American e-commerce company) for imposing unfair commercial relationships to suppliers in the country (France). DGCCRF (the French body in charge of fraud control) who is investigating the legal action said recently that Le Maire is seeking a fine of 10 million euros ($11.8 million). Amazon is being accused of imposing series of abusive clauses to its commercial partners in France, including the possibility to change or terminate contracts unilaterally.
