BRITAIN IS EXPECTED TO SETTLE ALL FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS WITH EUROPEAN UNION EVEN AFTER NO-DEAL BREXIT.

The European Union said the bloc expected Britain to settle all its financial obligations made during its membership with the bloc even after a no-deal Brexit. Mina Andreeva, the EU spokeswoman stated this recently in response to British Prime Minister (Boris Johnson) statement on Sunday that if Britain leaves without a deal, it will no longer legally owe the 39 billion pounds ($47.88 billion) agreed by his predecessor. The European Union said that all commitments that were taken by the 28 member states should be honoured by Britain in order to start a new relationship on the right foot, based on mutual trust. Boris Johnson (the British Prime Minister) has vowed to take Britain out of European Union on 31 October 2019 with or without a deal.
