BOMB KILLED ABOUT EIGHT PEOPLE IN RAQQA (SYRIA) INCLUDING FOUR FIGHTERS OF SYRIAN DEMOCRATIC FORCES.

It was reported that at least eight people including four fighters of Syrian Democratic Forces were killed by a bomb on Tuesday, 9 April 2019 in Raqqa, Syrian city. The bomb also wounded three members of Asayish (Kurdish-led internal security forces). In October 2017, the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces defeated Islamic state group after months of fighting and ended IS control of the city (Raqqa). The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) also warned that the Islamic state group would intensify their insurgent activities after the defeat.
