State governors in Nigeria and their inability to put things right in their various states are part of the problems of insecurity in Nigeria. Every month the federal government of Nigeria pays allocation to every state but what do the governors do with these billions of money given to them to solve issues of importance in their states? Despite the monthly allocation from the federal government of Nigeria, every state government generates internal revenues from its various states. States across Nigeria have borrowed billions of money yet most states have a high rate of unemployment. Viewers Corner News team ask, how and where is all this money spent? Governors in all the states across Nigeria should do more on how they are going to pull their people out of poverty by creating jobs for them, everything should not be left for the federal government of Nigeria. Such dependant on the federal government is not always the best thing to do. Again, the federal government of Nigeria has not owed any state government in Nigeria, but some of these governors are among those making things difficult for the people of their states which is troubling. Viewers Corner News team is appealing to all the state governors in Nigeria to assist the federal government of Nigeria with the money they receive on monthly basis by creating jobs for the people of their various states. In our opinion, if corruption is eradicated or reduced to the lowest level, we believe that all the money state governors receive on monthly basis from various sources would be enough to put things right in their states.
