BEFORE PRESIDENT BUHARI CAME TO POWER, THE NIGERIAN CUSTOM SERVICE HEADED BY ALHAJI ABDULLAHI DIKKO WAS AS CORRUPT AS THE NIGERIAN POLICE FORCE. THEY HAD NO INTEGRITY.

Viewers Corner News team learnt recently that Alhaji Abdullahi Dikko (the former Comptroller-General of Nigerian custom service) has allegedly returned about one billion Naira to the federal government of Nigeria. This is part of the money he allegedly embezzled for a period of 30 years he served the government, even in Dubai he owns properties there including the ones he has in Abuja (Nigeria) and Katsina (his home town) which was built most probably with stolen money, all worth trillions of Naria, this is unbelievable. A blessed country like Nigeria but with terrible leaders who are heartless, all they care about is personal gains while majority of Nigerian people can not eat good meals daily. The leaders would single-handedly loot billions of Naira without thinking of the ordinary citizens of the country (Nigeria), this is wickedness and if not because of God’s law which forbids the killing of any of his children on earth, these Nigeria corrupt leaders deserve nothing but the death sentence if assuming they were tried in a court of law in the country (Nigeria) and convicted. Most of these men are very heartless and would sit very comfortably seeing the Nigerian people go through all sorts of hardship to get something to eat which they may not even get after all the daily struggles but those in authority would use their power to loot the Nigeria treasury dry. They would have been put to death if convicted but like we said earlier, no matter our offence here on earth, no one has right to take anyone’s life. God forbids such act of punishment because we are his children so let him be the judge.
Having said this, Viewers Corner News team quite appreciate president Buhari and his government’s willingness to eradicate corruption in Nigeria and at the same time make the country a better place for everyone, so keep it up. It is hard in Nigeria now but we believe that in the near future, it shall be very alright.
