AT LEAST THREE PERSONS HAVE BEEN KILLED AND MANY INJURED AFTER GUNMEN OPENED FIRE NEAR A SYNAGOGUE IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA.

It was reported that at least three people (two men and one woman) have lost their lives and many others wounded after gunmen opened fire near Seitenstettengasse Temple (Vienna’s main synagogue) on Monday, 2 November 2020. One of the attackers was shot dead by the police while manhunt is underway for several suspected attackers. Austrian Interior Minister Karl Nehammer said that the attack is terror attack. He stated that police found evidence that the dead attacker was a radicalized person who sympathized with Islamic State. Police advised people to avoid public places, public transport and not to share any videos or photos.
