AN IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE DETONATED NEAR THE CITY OF GHAZNI IN AFGHANISTAN HAS KILLED THREE UNITED STATES SOLDIERS AND WOUNDED THREE OTHERS.

It was reported that three United States soldiers have lost their lives and three others wounded when an improvised explosive device was detonated in Shahbaz area near the city of Ghazni (Afghanistan) on Tuesday. This is the deadliest attack on United States forces since June 2017 when an Afghanistan soldier shot three U.S. soldiers dead in the Achin district of the eastern Nangarhar province. The Taliban which controls major parts of Ghazni have claimed responsibility for the attack.
