President Buhari

ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC), THE LEADING POLITICAL PARTY IN NIGERIA MAY LOSE PRESIDENTIAL SEAT IF 2023 ELECTION IS CONDUCTED FAIRLY.

The cry for a change of leadership is everywhere in Nigeria based on our (Viewers Corner News team) findings. Insecurity across Nigeria most especially in the northern part of the country is huge. Boko-Haram and other bandits are causing severe pains to the people of Nigeria. Those who are bold enough to speak against APC/president Buhari’s led government on some economic policies that are not favouring the people of Nigeria are being harassed. Some clerics in the northern part of Nigeria are threatening Bishop Kukah of Sokoto state (Nigeria) for speaking what he believed to be the truth which President Buhari’s loyalists are not handling properly. Some policies of APC/president Buhari’s led government are hurting the people of Nigeria. All these and more may cause All Progressives Congress (APC) their 2023 general elections which is the truth. During the days of President Buhari’s military government of the 80s, the ex military leader (General Ibahim Babangida) who overthrew President Buhari’s military government said in his coup speech that President Buhari did not listen nor took advice from anyone when one was given to him except what came out from his mind. Nigerians did not believe ex-military leader Ibrahim Babangida then, but now some of those who spoke to Viewers Corner News correspondent in Abuja and Lagos said that Nigerians have started experiencing the rigid ways of President Buhari. Normally, as a democratic leader, it is very important to listen to advice when one is given which is not the case in APC/president Buhari’s led government. For some time, prominent Nigerians have been calling on President Buhari to retire all military service chiefs and appoint new ones with fresh ideas as a strategy to ending the insecurity problems across Nigeria which President Buhari and his government have refused completely to do. The current service chiefs have tried, but unfortunately the insecurity in Nigeria keeps increasing, meaning that their best is no longer good enough to defeat the bandits, hence lots of people in Nigeria are calling for the retirement of all the service chiefs so that fresh ones could come and take over from where they stopped. It is a normal thing to keep on changing appointed individuals in various divisions of the government most especially when positive results are not forth coming, just like the man in the Central Bank of Nigeria who should have long been retired or sacked because of certain wrong policies which is not favourable to the people of Nigeria. More on this topic would come in our next article.
